现在打针技术提高了，不会青了。今天买了文胸。

After 8 long years of trying to have a baby, our miraculous little bundle of joy has arrived. Although he was born little early at 35 weeks, he is doing fine now and we are thankful to god that he finally heard our prayers and blessed us.
<br/>
<br/>After 8 consecutive losses before 8 weeks of pregnancy from 2003 to 2010 during which we went through 5 cycles of clomid, 8 cycles of IUI and 4 cycles of IVF out of which 1 IVF with PGD (Array CGH) and when we were close to giving up and go for a surrogate, we came across this rather unknown field called Reproductive Immunology. We had seen 3 different REs by then and ran through all kinds of treatment options that they had to offer us. We were told that we cannot have a baby if we don't use a surrogate. Through this group, we learnt a lot about immunology and for all those REs who still doubt, we can now say yes, something like this does exist and we have had success. It's a pity that none of the Infertility Specialists (RE) we worked with ever told us about this. It makes us furious that they kept pushing all different kinds of tests and treatments but never told us that this may be related to Immune issues. Anyway, we are happy that we got to know about this and are very appreciative of this wonderful group of people on this forum which helped us understand a lot of things and treatment options to tackle the immune issues.
<br/>
<br/>Coming to the treatment, we initially met with Dr Kwak Kim in July 2010 and we did 3 cycles of IUI with her protocol until Dec, 2010. When it did not work and when it was rather impossible to co-ordinate with her and our RE as they both did not want to talk to each other and it was quite stressful to go back and forth between the two doctors, we came across Dr. B. We being in NY / NJ area and Dr Kwak Kim being in Chicago also did not help the cause. We met with Dr. B in Jan, 2011 and went through his complete set of Reprosource tests. He nailed down the issue to a high degree of HLA matches between us, something which Dr. Kwak Kim did not test for as she told us that it is not a significant issue when we asked about it. We ended up having 8 matches out of a possible 10, which Dr. Braverman said is amongst the worst he has seen but he told us that we can overcome this. The Natural Killer cells were also slightly elevated. The thing we liked the most in him was he always gave us a lot of confidence and told us that we will have a baby of our own carrying it for 9 months on our own without a surrogate and was he right or what?
<br/>
<br/>As we were still unsure about this whole thing and didn't want to spend a lot of time if it was not going to work as we had 3 unsuccessful IUI attempts with Dr. Kwak Kim's immune treatments by then, Dr. B suggested we rather tackle this aggressively from the word go as we were also contemplating going for a surrogate to end this ordeal. So, we did an IVF cycle with N. We were extremely disappointed when it did not work and we met with Dr. B for the follow up and he suggested we try again and he would increase the N and also introduce Intralipids this time. When we were still mulling if we need to go for a Frozen embryo transfer as we had some embryos frozen from the IVF cycle, we got a positive pregnancy test. This was the very next cycle after the failed IVF attempt. We tried naturally and to our surprise, she had conceived. We immediately contacted Dr. B and he monitored this pregnancy till 12 weeks after which we saw a High Risk OBGyn for the rest of the pregnancy. Following were the medications taken during this pregnancy:

<br/>1) N 70 Mcg once a day until 12 weeks of pregnancy.
<br/>
<br/>2) Lovenox 40 mg once a day till the end of pregnancy.
<br/>
<br/>3) Il infusions every 4 weeks until 20 weeks of pregnancy.
<br/>
<br/>4) Crinone Progesterone supplement - once daily until 16 weeks and then on alternate days until the end of pregnancy.
<br/>
<br/>Apart from the above, she was taking Calcium, Vitamin D, Fish Oil, Baby Aspirin, Synthroid, and Prenatal Vitamins - all once a day.
<br/>
<br/>Again, we are very thankful to all of you and wish that you all find success in your respective journeys to become parents. We have had a long journey and god gave us strength to endure it. To be positive and not to give up hope is what we learnt through this ordeal.

我记得Doctor 说我如果怀上了可能要加大量,75的。或是他觉得我情况可能需要更大量的。

I am currently almost 6 wks pregnant (well i hope i still am, i am waiting for a scan on 22nd)..having had 3 losses (8, 12 and 20 wks) I am on

<br/>folic acid 5mg
<br/>Enoxoparin (clexane) 40mg sc
<br/>selenium 200
<br/>zinc 22mg
<br/>aspirin 75mg
<br/>vit D 4400
<br/>and a good quality multi vit and DHA
<br/>but should i be on extra calcium because of the heparin, no one here has mentioned that to me?

姐妹们    我复查归来   真是有欢喜有忧愁    喜的是宫腔镜做了没有粘连   愁的是打了5瓶脂肪乳后NK24一个点都没有降    D2又升了    注定我是要打蛋白了   什么时候打呀     我生化三次了     谁给我点意见吧
