My friend who used to be an oncology nurse tried to help me figure out a dose based on weight, she said that 1 vial of 300mcg/mL would work out to be 6 doses for me. I was embarrassed to admit my weight - I've gained about 40lbs over the past 3 years, sigh..., and of course now that is extra bad news for me, since my higher weight means I need more medication, which will cost me even more, ugh!! 

 

So according to Columbia prices and the basic concept of needing approx. 92 doses for a TTC cycle + continuing through 16 weeks of pregnancy, it sounds like I'd need 15 vials, which would total $4125. I realize it could take a few cycles to be successful, if at all - so I know I might need to purchase extra vials based on how many cycles we were TTC. Of course I don't think I'd want to purchase 10-15 vials all at once, in case it didn't work for us. I would probably just start with 2 vials each time to carry me through a TTC cycle. Of course, this is pending on getting a script for it, as well, ugh...

The first time I bought this medication Kraupner calculates the amount that you need to inject based on your weight. Even Dr B. didn't even know how much you need to inject beacuse the pharmacy does it. the strenght is the same is just the 480 has more content of the med than the 300 mcg. 

I ended getting mine from Canada drugs and for the 10 vials you pay 4000 amd they will 

I read that the dose Dr. Braverman uses to treat RPL/immune issues is 1/10 the dose that is typically used for chemo patients, but I have no clue what that would be! 

I know he uses neup for high NK activity and high cytokines (not sure about the specific ones you mentioned.) The dosage depends on weight (and probably level of issues) and can greatly vary depending on the person. You can ask Dr. B when he wld start you on the neup for a natural IVF. Not sure. W/ stims he starts on CD6 from what I know. good luck! he's very good w/ responding so don't be shy about asking him these questions directly. he's had tons of success w/ neupogen w/ ladies that didn't have any success before (like me) so go to the source and he'll explain it to you.

If you have thin lining issues,, he has you start on cd6. If not ovulation (for

me anyways)

dosage is per weight kg. I was taking around 60mcg after dividing my weight by

Kg. I have high th1 th2 and APS.

For those of you who are patients of Dr. Braverman, when you do cycles where he has you on Neupogen AND intralipids, can you tell me what the schedule is for intralipids?
