对你的经历我表示很难过。你没有告诉我28周引产的胎儿具体是出了什么问题。你的胚胎数和取卵数量还是在正常范围内的，只是受精率比较低。ICSI会帮助解决透明带厚的问题。你可能需要让医生查明你丈夫精子畸形率高的原因，看看有什么治疗方案。如果你之前使用的是超长方案，那么改变促排方案可能对你有益处。假如你有多囊，那么你应该避免过度刺激卵巢的方案，使用低剂量的微促方案。我们通常会使用拮抗剂药物来防止排卵并使用Lupron来促排卵。

I’m so sorry to hear of your difficulty.  You don’t say what the problem was with the fetus that was not healthy but I would assume they didn’t feel it was something that would happen again.  Your IVF cycle results look fairly standard in number of eggs but the fertilization was a bit lower than we would anticipate.  Doing ICSI should help with a thick zona pellucida.  You may want to do more investigation of your husband’s sperm malformation to see if any treatment might help his sperm production.  A different stimulation protocol may be helpful  since you said it was a very long protocol, but if you have PCOS they may have been concerned about ovarian hyperstimulation protocol and proceeded with a very low dose.  We often use a protocol with antagonist medication to prevent ovulation and a stimulate ovulation with Lupron (leuprolide acetate).

谢谢医生，我自然怀孕过三次09年空囊、13年28周胎儿基本无羊水引产，14年3月怀孕5周生化妊娠。老公09年精子畸形率87，活力a十b大于50，到14年达到96，有时候98。他不爱运动，性生活少。我觉得我们不是没有希望的
