yes, it is everyday dose mentioned below. It usually starts around ovulation till first trimester. It depends on the the doctors protocol. Some starts 6dpo till 9 week but some starts with stims till end of first trimester.

I don't have answers to all of your questions, but I can answer a few of them

<br/>1 & 2 ~ he did not prescribe either IVIG or steroids in connection with Neupogen
<br/>for me, but he tailors protocols individually for his patients, so it's on a
<br/>patient-by-patient basis that he decides things. Therefore, I don't know. :)
<br/>3 ~ yes, he prescribes Lovenox with Neupogen (including for me).
<br/>4 ~ there are different ways he prescribes the Neupogen, but for me, yes, it is
<br/>a daily sub-q injection (dosage based on weight). For my situation/diagnosis, I
<br/>started the injections at 6dpo and continued through 12 weeks pg.
<br/>5 ~ I did not do IVF, so I can not answer that from experience. But I do know
<br/>someone else who has done Neupogen in connection with IVF, and she did continue
<br/>it post-transfer.
<br/>6 ~ I did not do the uterine wash, as it was not deemed necessary per my
<br/>diagnoses, but I do know that there are women on Dr. B's site who have had
<br/>success after doing that treatment.
