hi Doctor, Does medicine "prednisolone, Plaquenil (Hydroxychloroquine), Thioprine " will affect egg quality ? I am 31, I have lupus ,Now I am taking those medication i said.

I plan to do IVF and Surrogacy (Using my own egg and my husband's sperm), I am really worried the medication i take might affect my egg quality so that the baby might be deformity, even though i am not the one carrying the baby( i will use Surrogacy)? I know that medication can penetrate through placenta so that it can make the baby deformity ,But does medication also penetrate through egg ? because the egg is produced under the fact that i am taking those medication every day , Once egg is not good then the baby might be deformity as well even though i use surrogacy ?

I checked that prednisolone will be safe to carry the baby , But plaquenil and Thipoprine belong to class D which is dangerous to carry the baby. Now i do not plan to carry the baby Myself ,i will use surrogacy ,but i really worry my egg quality because of the medication i take .

Is there any technology that can find out or totally 100% exclude deformity ?
